Michael C. Beatty – Of Counsel – Mr. Beatty has been a member of the New York State Bar for 41 years. During that time he has represented thousands of clients in actions based on statutory and common law torts, including labor law, medical and dental malpractice as well as premises and auto liability. Mr. Beatty has tried cases in the Federal and State courts in all downstate jurisdictions as well as pursued claims through arbitration and mediation. He is a member in good standing of the NYS Bar Association and NYS Trial Lawyers Association, and has been involved in the recovery of more than one hundred million dollars on behalf of his clients.
