Ken Kerner Nominated to a two year term for the Medical Malpractice Committee of the NYC Bar Association

We are proud to announce that Ken Kerner has been appointed to a 2 year term on the Medical Malpractice Committee of the NYC Bar Association, beginning March 20, 2025 and ending July 31, 2027. He will be called upon to help shape important law and public policy in medical malpractice, draft opinion reports, submit briefs, comment and testify on legislation affecting issues of quality of care and medical liability, as well as sponsor continuing legal education and community programs in this field, that are intended to improve health care for New Yorkers.
