We routinely appear in the Surrogate’s Court throughout the City and State of New York on a variety of matters including probate of Wills, Administration Proceedings, Infant Compromises, Guardianship Proceedings and Wrongful Death Compromises.

We advise clients who serve as executors and/or trustees with respect to their fiduciary obligations and support them in fulfilling such obligations.

Among other services, we prepare and file all documents necessary to probate a will upon death, and assist the fiduciary in the marshaling of assets and retention of any necessary appraisers.

We also serve as counsel with respect to the appointments of fiduciaries in a wide variety of wrongful death civil litigation and matters involving injuries to child, which require court approval of any settlement proceeds by way of an infants’ compromise order.
